From not allowing enough rest & rejuvenation in your day, to throwing our blood sugar off balance – causing severe inflammation, to the lack of connection on how we move our body, from suppressing our feminine energy….and just ALL the things that don’t support our womb health.

 

The truth is….Our womb is our Super power as a Women, if only we choose to support it. To manage stress….opens doors towards healing. It is a big part of the missing puzzle that has kept us disempowered for too long.

 

Wombwell Retreat is a space for Women to retreat, nourishempower ourselves back to womb wellness. Here you will find womb yoga, mindfulness, meditation, recipes, and ALL the holistic rituals to help reset you back to your body and to your womb.
